From May 31 to June 1, the Georgia regional final of the 18th "Chinese Bridge" Chinese proficiency competition for foreign secondary school students was held at Alte University in Tbilisi. After preliminary rounds, a total of 16 students from across Georgia have been qualified to participate in the final, including 4 students from the Confucius Classroom at Kutaisi University.

After two days of competition, the contestants showcased their significant achievements and gains in the process of learning Chinese, covering Chinese language fundamentals, language expression abilities, and Chinese talents. Achi Kandelaki, a student from the Confucius Classroom, also shared his experiences and insights from participating in the global finals of the "Chinese Bridge" competition in Tianjin, China in 2024.

After fierce competition, the contestants Manchen (Mariam Akhaladze) and Mina (Mariam Kharabadze) from the Confucius Classroom won the Second Prize in this competition, while Nini (Nini Saldadze) and Mari (Mariam Khetsuriani) received the Outstanding Award.
