教授，俄罗斯国立人文大学语言学院东方学系主任、俄罗斯国立人文大学孔子学院院长，俄罗斯汉语教师协会主席，研究范围主要为汉语语法、语义学、古汉语、翻译学、中国文学等。
Professor Taras Ivchenko serves as the Head of the Department of Oriental Studies, Faculty of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics, the Russian State University for the Humanities, Director of the Confucius Institute at the Russian State University for the Humanities, and President of the Russian Association of Teachers of Chinese Language. His research interests include Chinese language grammar, semantics, classic Chinese, translation studies, Chinese literature, etc.

易福成教授是俄罗斯国立人文大学孔子学院（与对外经济贸易大学共建）的创始院长。他致力于本土教材研发，主编的多本教材被广泛采用、多次再版，深受俄罗斯中文学习者好评。作为高水平的俄中双语译员，多次承担中俄高层领导人会晤、国际论坛等重要活动的同传工作。他带领孔子学院开展高水平中文教学、学术研究，17年来累计培养各类学员1.1万余人次，许多学员毕业后从事与中国相关的工作，在中俄两国各合作领域发挥着重要作用。
2010年荣获由时任中国国务院总理温家宝颁发的“中国语言文化贡献奖”，2022年荣获“孔子学院院长纪念奖章”，2023年荣获中国首届兰花奖“友好使者”奖。俄罗斯国立人文大学孔子学院于2013年荣获“先进孔子学院”称号。
Professor Ivchenko is the founding director of the Confucius Institute at the Russian State University for the Humanities (co-hosted by the University of International Business and Economics). Committed to the development of Chinese textbooks in Russia, he is the editor of many best-selling Chinese language textbooks in Russia, which are widely adopted and reprinted many times and well received among learners. Professor Ivchenko is also a senior Russian-Chinese interpreter who has provided simultaneous interpretation service at important events such as bilateral meetings between high-ranking Chinese and Russian government leaders, and international forums. Under his leadership, the Confucius Institute delves into high-quality Chinese language teaching and academic research, cultivating a total of more than 11,000 learners at various levels over the past 17 years, many of whom are engaged in China-related positions after graduation, playing an important role in China-Russia cooperation in various fields.
Professor Ivchenko was awarded the Chinese Language and Culture Contribution Award in 2010 which was presented by Wen Jiabao, then Prime Minister of the State Council of China, the Medal for Long Service as a Confucius Institute Director in 2022, and the Friendship Envoy Award of China’s first Orchid Awards in 2023. The Confucius Institute was honored with the Confucius Institute of the Year in 2013.
