西班牙瓦伦西亚大学语言、翻译与传播学院教授，自2007年起担任西班牙瓦伦西亚大学孔子学院院长。《孔子学院》期刊中西版编辑。

Professor Jose Vicente Andreu Beso at the Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication, University of Valencia, Spain has served as the Director of the Confucius Institute at the University of Valencia since 2007. He also takes the role of editor for the journal Confucius Institute Chinese – Spanish version.

安文龙教授自瓦伦西亚大学孔子学院（与东北师范大学共建）成立以来，积极争取各方资源，为孔子学院创造优越教学和办公环境，推动孔子学院中文课程纳入瓦伦西亚大学选修课程体系。

担任《孔子学院》期刊中西版编辑。以孔子学院为桥梁，推动西班牙与中国各领域合作与交流。积极促成瓦伦西亚市与西安、广州、成都市缔结为友好城市，促成孔子学院与瓦伦西亚大区政府、瓦伦西亚市政府、当地华人协会及各中小学的友好合作。17年来，孔子学院累计培养中文学员8000余人，三次荣获“先进孔子学院”称号，2015年获批“示范孔子学院”。

两次获孔子学院“先进个人”称号，2022年获“孔子学院院长纪念奖章”，2023年获瓦伦西亚大区“杰出贡献奖”，2024获瓦伦西亚“最佳教育奖”。

Since the establishment of the Confucius Institute at the University of Valencia (co-hosted by Northeast Normal University), Professor Andreu has been actively seeking resources from all parties to create a superior teaching and working environment for the Confucius Institute, and promoting the inclusion of the Chinese language courses of the Confucius Institute into the selective curriculum system of the University of Valencia.

He serves as an editor of the journal Confucius Institute Chinese – Spanish version. With the Confucius Institute as the bridge, he has actively promoted cooperation and exchanges between Spain and China in multiple fields. He has facilitated Valencia to forging friendship-city ties with Xi'an, Guangzhou and Chengdu, and helped with the friendly collaboration between the Confucius Institute and the regional government of Valencia, Valencia city government, local Chinese associations and primary and secondary schools. Over the past 17 years, the Confucius Institute has trained more than 8,000 Chinese language learners and has been awarded Confucius Institute of the Year three times and Model Confucius Institute in 2015.

He has been awarded the Confucius Institute Individual Performance Excellence Award twice, and received the Medal for Long Service as a Confucius Institute Director in 2022, the Outstanding Contributor of the Valencia Region in 2023, as well as the Best Educator of Valencia in 2024.
